Yee Wei Chai is an acclaimed filmmaker from Singapore, best known for his hyperlocal storytelling and innovative use of technology in films. His recent film Wonderland (2024) earned multiple accolades, including the Audience Award at the San Diego Asian Film Festival. Beyond his creative endeavors, Yee Wei is a tech advocate, founding Southeast Asia’s first boutique digital film lab, Mocha Chai Laboratories, which is equipped with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos technology.
